Renovatio and OMV Petrom expand renewable energy partnership in Romania
Renovatio Group and OMV Petrom have expanded their partnership through renewable energy projects, strengthening a shared commitment to Romania’s energy transition and the development of a more sustainable economy.
The announcement marks another step in the collaboration between the two companies, with OMV Petrom acquiring a 50% stake in photovoltaic projects developed together with Renovatio. According to OMV Petrom’s public communication, the projects amount to 130 MW, contributing to the growth of renewable energy capacity in Romania.
